सर्व एव समेष्यन्ति संयुक्ताः परया मुदा ।
अकाले पुष्पशबलाः फलवन्तश्च पादपाः ॥६-१२३-१४॥
sarva eva sameṣyanti saṃyuktāḥ parayā mudā |
akāle puṣpaśabalāḥ phalavantaśca pādapāḥ ॥6-123-14॥
Translation
'All of them shall come together, united with supreme joy. And the trees shall be variegated with flowers and laden with fruits even out of season.'
हिंदी अनुवाद
वे सभी परम हर्ष के साथ संयुक्त होकर मिलेंगे। और (जहाँ वे होंगे वहां) वृक्ष असमय में भी फूलों से लदे हुए और फलों से युक्त होंगे।
English Commentary
Indra grants the second part of the boon regarding nature. He assures that trees will bear fruit and flowers out of season ('akale'). This ensures the logistical support for the army. The phrase 'paraya muda' (with supreme joy) indicates the emotional state of the resurrected army. It signifies a total victory where not only the enemy is defeated, but the losses of the righteous side are reversed.
हिंदी टीका
इन्द्र न केवल जीवनदान देते हैं बल्कि श्री राम द्वारा मांगी गई पारिस्थितिक (ecological) सुविधाओं को भी स्वीकार करते हैं। 'अकाले पुष्पशबलाः' का अर्थ है कि प्रकृति वानरों के स्वागत के लिए ऋतुओं के नियम तोड़ देगी। हर्ष और उत्सव का वातावरण बनाने के लिए प्रकृति का सहयोग आवश्यक है। यह श्लोक बताता है कि जब धर्म की विजय होती है, तो प्रकृति भी उस उत्सव में सम्मिलित होती है।
