Srimad Valmiki Ramayana
एवमुक्त्वा तमामन्त्र्य रामं सौमित्रिणा सह ।
विमानैः सूर्यसंकाशैर्हृष्टा जग्मुः सुरा दिवम् ॥६-१२३-२१॥
evamuktvā tamāmantrya rāmaṃ saumitriṇā saha |
vimānaiḥ sūryasaṅkāśairhṛṣṭā jagmuḥ surā divam ॥6-123-21॥
Translation
Having spoken thus and having bid farewell to Shri Rama along with the son of Sumitra (Lakshmana), the Suras joyfully went to heaven in aerial cars shining like the sun.
हिंदी अनुवाद
ऐसा कहकर, सुमित्रा कुमार (लक्ष्मण) सहित श्री राम से विदा लेकर, वे देवता प्रसन्न होकर सूर्य के समान तेजस्वी विमानों से स्वर्ग को चले गए।
English Commentary
This verse marks the departure of the celestial beings. Having imparted their blessings and instructions, the Devas return to heaven. The description of their vimanas as 'surya-sankashaih' (resembling the sun) adds to the grandeur of the scene. Their departure is 'hrishta' (joyful), signifying that cosmic balance has been restored and they are leaving the earth in the capable hands of Shri Rama.

दैवीय हस्तक्षेप अब समाप्त होता है। अपना कार्य और संदेश देने के पश्चात देवता वापस लौट रहे हैं। उनके विमानों की तुलना 'सूर्यसंकाशैः' (सूर्य के समान चमकने वाले) से की गई है, जो उनकी दिव्यता को दर्शाती है। 'हृष्टा' (प्रसन्न) शब्द बताता है कि रावण वध और श्री राम के व्यवहार से देवता अत्यंत संतुष्ट होकर जा रहे हैं। श्री राम और लक्ष्मण का कार्य पृथ्वी पर पूर्ण हुआ, और देवताओं का प्रयोजन भी सिद्ध हुआ।
