गुरूंश्च सुहृदश्चैव पौरांश्च तनयैः सह ।
उपस्थापय मे क्षिप्रं विमानं राक्षसेश्वर ॥६-१२४-२१॥
gurūṃśca suhṛdaścaiva paurāṃśca tanayaiḥ saha |
upasthāpaya me kṣipraṃ vimānaṃ rākṣaseśvara ॥6-124-21॥
Translation
"(And to see) my gurus, friends, and citizens along with their children. Therefore, O Lord of Rakshasas, bring the aerial chariot for me quickly."
हिंदी अनुवाद
(मैं) गुरुओं, मित्रों और पुत्रों सहित नगरवासियों को (देखना चाहता हूँ)। इसलिए हे राक्षसराज! मेरे लिए वह विमान शीघ्र उपस्थित करो।
English Commentary
Shri Rama's yearning extends to the Gurus and the citizens ('pauran') of Ayodhya. His desire to see them implies his readiness to resume his royal duties. He reiterates the command to bring the Vimana quickly, signaling that the decision to leave is final.
हिंदी टीका
श्री राम की प्रजावत्सलता यहाँ दिखती है। वे केवल परिवार को नहीं, बल्कि 'पौरान्' (नागरिकों) को भी अपने बच्चों सहित देखने को उत्सुक हैं। अतः वे विभीषण से 'क्षिप्रं' (जल्दी) विमान लाने का आदेश देते हैं।
