अङ्केनादाय वैदेहीं लज्जमानां यशस्विनीम् ।
लक्ष्मणेन सह भ्रात्रा विक्रान्तेन धनुष्मता ॥६-१२५-१२॥
aṅkenādāya vaidehīṃ lajjamānāṃ yaśasvinīm |
lakṣmaṇena saha bhrātrā vikrāntena dhanuṣmatā ॥6-125-12॥
Translation
Taking the shy and glorious Vaidehi (Sita) into his lap, along with his brother Lakshmana, the valiant archer, (Shri Rama boarded the Vimana).

लज्जा से युक्त यशस्विनी वैदेही (सीता) को अपनी गोद में लेकर, और पराक्रमी धनुर्धर भाई लक्ष्मण के साथ (श्री राम विमान पर चढ़े)।
English Commentary
This implies a beautiful scene. Sita is 'lajjamanam' (shy) because Shri Rama has placed her on his lap in public view, symbolizing complete love and acceptance. The adjective 'yashasvinim' indicates that her glory has increased after the ordeal. Lakshmana, the eternal protector, accompanies them with his bow. It paints the picture of the end of exile and the return of royal splendor.
