त इमे कृतकर्माणः पूज्यन्तां सर्ववानराः ।
धनरत्नप्रदानेन कर्मैषां सफलं कुरु ॥६-१२५-६॥
ta ime kṛtakarmāṇaḥ pūjyantāṃ sarvavānarāḥ |
dhanaratnapradānena karmaiṣāṃ saphalaṃ kuru ॥6-125-6॥
Translation
Therefore, let all these Vanaras who have accomplished their tasks be honored. Make their work fruitful by bestowing wealth and gems upon them.

अतः जिन्होंने अपना कर्तव्य पूरा कर दिया है, उन सब वानरों का पूजन किया जाए। धन और रत्न देकर इनके परिश्रम (कर्म) को सफल करो।
English Commentary
The fruition of labor lies in receiving its reward. Shri Rama believes that accepting service without compensation is inappropriate, even if the Vanaras fought out of devotion. The phrase 'make their work fruitful' implies that they deserve material recompense for their physical toil. This reflects Shri Rama's sense of justice and practical wisdom.

श्रम का फल मिलना ही कर्म की सफलता है। श्री राम मानते हैं कि बिना वेतन या पुरस्कार के सेवा लेना उचित नहीं है, भले ही वानर भक्ति-भाव से लड़े हों। 'कर्मैषां सफलं कुरु' (इनके कर्म को सफल करो) का अर्थ है कि इन्हें इनके श्रम का भौतिक प्रतिफल भी मिलना चाहिए। यह श्री राम की न्यायप्रियता और व्यावहारिक बुद्धि को दर्शाता है।
