नानातरुशताकीर्णा संप्रपुष्पितकानना ।
एषा सा दृश्यतेऽयोध्या राजधानी पितुर्मम ॥६-१२६-५०॥
nānātaruśatākīrṇā saṃprapuṣpitakānanā |
eṣā sā dṛśyate'yodhyā rājadhānī piturmama ॥6-126-50॥
Translation
Surrounded by forests of hundreds of blossoming trees, there appears Ayodhya, the capital of my father.
हिंदी अनुवाद
सैकड़ों प्रकार के खिले हुए वृक्षों और वनों से घिरी हुई यह मेरे पिता की राजधानी अयोध्या दिखाई दे रही है।
English Commentary
Shri Rama's love for His birthplace shines through these words. The sentiment 'Mother and Motherland are superior even to Heaven' is realized here.

श्री राम का अपनी जन्मभूमि के प्रति अनुराग इन शब्दों में झलकता है। 'जननी जन्मभूमिश्च स्वर्गादपि गरीयसी' का भाव यहाँ चरितार्थ होता है।
