अङ्गदेनात्र निहतो विकटो नाम राक्षसः ।
विरूपाक्षश्च दुर्धर्षो महापार्श्वमहोदरौ ॥६-१२६-८॥
aṅgadenātra nihato vikaṭo nāma rākṣasaḥ |
virūpākṣaśca durdharṣo mahāpārśvamahodarau ॥6-126-8॥
Translation
At this place, the Rakshasa named Vikata was killed by Angada, and the invincible Virupaksha, Mahaparshva, and Mahodara were also destroyed.
हिंदी अनुवाद
यहाँ अंगद के द्वारा विकट नाम का राक्षस मारा गया, और यहीं अजेय विरूपाक्ष, महापार्श्व तथा महोदर का संहार हुआ।
English Commentary
Recalling the contributions of Angada and other generals shows Shri Rama's gratitude. These Rakshasas were the defensive shields of Lanka, eliminated by the bravery of the Vanara heroes.

अंगद और अन्य सेनापतियों के योगदान का स्मरण करना श्री राम की कृतज्ञता को दर्शाता है। ये राक्षस लंका के रक्षा-कवच थे, जिनका अंत वानर वीरों ने किया।
