Srimad Valmiki Ramayana
पूर्णे चतुर्दशे वर्षे पञ्चम्यां लक्ष्मणाग्रजः ।
भरद्वाजाश्रमं प्राप्य ववन्दे नियतो मुनिम् ॥६-१२७-१॥
pūrṇe caturdaśe varṣe pañcamyāṃ lakṣmaṇāgrajaḥ |
bharadvājāśramaṃ prāpya vavande niyato munim ॥6-127-1॥
Translation
On the completion of the fourteenth year, on the fifth day of the lunar fortnight, Shri Rama (the elder brother of Lakshmana) reached the hermitage of Sage Bharadwaja and disciplined in mind, offered his salutations to the sage.
हिंदी अनुवाद
चौदह वर्ष पूरे होने पर, पंचमी तिथि के दिन लक्ष्मण के बड़े भाई श्री राम ने भरद्वाज मुनि के आश्रम पहुँचकर संयमपूर्वक उन्हें प्रणाम किया।
English Commentary
This moment marks the official conclusion of Shri Rama's fourteen-year exile. Having fulfilled His father's word, He returns to the hermitage of Sage Bharadwaja in Prayag, a significant landmark on the way to Ayodhya. His disciplined salutation ('Niyato') to the sage reflects His unwavering adherence to Dharma and His profound respect for the learned sages.

यह क्षण श्री राम के वनवास की आधिकारिक समाप्ति का प्रतीक है। चौदह वर्षों का कठिन समय अब पूर्ण हो चुका है। प्रयाग में स्थित भरद्वाज मुनि का आश्रम अयोध्या के मार्ग में एक महत्वपूर्ण पड़ाव था। श्री राम का मुनि को 'नियत' (संयमित) होकर प्रणाम करना उनके अटूट धर्म-आचरण और ऋषियों के प्रति उनके अगाध सम्मान को दर्शाता है।
