YUDDHA KANDA•SARGA: 19•SHLOKA: 37
स लक्ष्मणं महातेजाः सुग्रीवं च हरीश्वरम् ।
सत्क्रियार्थं क्रियादक्षः स्मितपूर्वमुवाच ह ॥६-१९-३७॥
sugrīvaḥ paṇḍito nityaṃ bhavān mantravicakṣaṇaḥ । ubhābhyāṃ saṃpradhāryārthaṃ rocate yattaducyatām ॥6-19-37॥
Translation
'Sugriva is always wise, and you are skilled in counsel. Having decided the matter together, tell me what pleases you.'
हिंदी अनुवाद
'सुग्रीव नित्य पंडित हैं और आप (लक्ष्मण) मंत्रणा में विचक्षण हैं। आप दोनों विचार करके वह बताइये जो आपको रुचिकर हो।'
English Commentary
Respect for Advisors. Shri Rama compliments his team's wisdom. He trusts their judgment to vet Vibhishana's suggestion, treating them as co-architects of the strategy rather than mere subordinates.

प्रशंसा और भरोसा। श्री राम सुग्रीव को 'पंडित' और लक्ष्मण को 'मंत्रविचक्षण' कहते हैं। वे उन पर निर्णय का भार डालते हैं, यह दिखाते हुए कि वे उनकी बुद्धि पर कितना भरोसा करते हैं।
