निहन्म्यहम् त्वाम् ससुतम् सबन्धुम् ।
सज्ञातिवर्गम् रजनीचरेश ।
लङ्काम् च सर्वाम् महता बलेन ।
सर्वैः करिष्यामि समेत्य भस्म ॥६-२०-२४॥
nihanyahaṃ tvāṃ sasutaṃ sabandhuṃ sajātivargaṃ rajanīcareśa । laṅkāṃ ca sarvāṃ mahatā balena kṣipraṃ kariṣyāmi sametya bhasma ॥6-20-24॥
Translation
'O Lord of Night-rangers! I will kill you along with your sons, kinsmen, and relatives. And reaching there with a great army, I will quickly turn entire Lanka to ashes.'
हिंदी अनुवाद
'हे रजनीचरेश! मैं तुझे पुत्रों, बंधुओं और जाति-वर्ग सहित मार डालूँगा। और अपनी विशाल सेना के साथ (वहाँ) पहुँचकर शीघ्र ही पूरी लंका को भस्म कर दूँगा।'
English Commentary
Declaration of Total War. Sugriva threatens genocide against Ravana's clan ('sasutam sabandhum') and the destruction of his city. This is the formal counter-message: no peace, only annihilation.

युद्ध की घोषणा। सुग्रीव का संदेश स्पष्ट है—समूल विनाश। वे केवल रावण को नहीं, बल्कि उसके पूरे कुल और लंका को जलाने की धमकी देते हैं। यह 'पूर्ण युद्ध' (Total War) का शंखनाद है।
