तैस्तु संस्पर्शनं पापैर्न सहे पापकर्मभिः ।
अमोघः क्रियतां राम तत्र तेषु शरोत्तमः ॥६-२२-३४॥
taistu saṃsparśanaṃ pāpairna sahe pāpakarmabhiḥ |
amoghaḥ kriyatāṃ rāma tatra teṣu śarottamaḥ ॥6-22-34॥
Translation
'I cannot bear the touch of those sinners of evil deeds. O Shri Rama, let your excellent unfailing arrow be made effective there upon them.'
हिंदी अनुवाद
'उन पापकर्मी पापियों द्वारा मेरा स्पर्श किया जाना मैं सहन नहीं कर पा रहा हूँ। हे श्री राम! अपना वह श्रेष्ठ अमोघ बाण वहाँ उन पर सफल (प्रयुक्त) कीजिए।'
English Commentary
The Ocean validates the destructive act as a moral necessity. He asks Shri Rama to release the arrow there, transforming the potential disaster of the Brahmastra into an act of divine justice against the wicked.
हिंदी टीका
सागर श्री राम से उन पापियों का नाश करने का अनुरोध करते हैं। यह श्री राम को 'दुष्ट-दमन' का एक और अवसर देता है। यह दर्शाता है कि ईश्वर का क्रोध भी अंततः जगत कल्याण (पापियों के नाश) के लिए ही होता है।
