Srimad Valmiki Ramayana - Yuddha Kanda - Sarga 22

अयं सौम्य नलो नाम तनुजो विश्वकर्मणः ॥६-२२-४४॥

ayaṃ saumya nalo nāma tanujo viśvakarmaṇaḥ ॥6-22-44॥

Translation

'O Gentle One (Shri Rama), this monkey named Nala is the own son of Vishvakarma.'

हिंदी अनुवाद

'हे सौम्य (श्री राम)! यह 'नल' नाम का वानर विश्वकर्मा का (औरस) पुत्र है।'

English Commentary

The Ocean introduces Nala not just as a monkey, but by his lineage. As the son of the divine architect Vishvakarma, he inherits the genetic aptitude for construction. The Ocean suggests that the solution lies in leveraging expertise and engineering skill, not just brute force.

हिंदी टीका

सागर, श्री राम को नल का परिचय देते हैं। विश्वकर्मा देवताओं के शिल्पकार (Architect) हैं। उनका पुत्र होने के नाते नल में निर्माण की आनुवंशिक प्रतिभा है। समस्या का समाधान केवल 'बल' से नहीं, बल्कि 'कौशल' (Engineering) से निकलेगा। सागर यहाँ सही व्यक्ति (Right Resource) की पहचान करवा रहे हैं।
