तस्मिन् विकृष्टे सहसा राघवेण शरासने ।
रोदसी संपफालेव पर्वताश्च चकम्पिरे ॥६-२२-६॥
tasmin vikṛṣṭe sahasā rāghaveṇa śarāsane |
rodasī saṃpaphāleva parvatāśca cakampire ॥6-22-6॥
Translation
As soon as the bow was pulled by Raghava, the heaven and earth seemed to split apart, and the mountains trembled.
हिंदी अनुवाद
राघव (श्री राम) द्वारा उस धनुष के खींचे जाते ही, आकाश और पृथ्वी मानो फट से गए और पर्वत कांपने लगे।
English Commentary
The mere act of drawing the bowstring disrupts the cosmic equilibrium. 'Rodasi' refers to the two worlds (heaven and earth). The imagery suggests a sonic boom or a gravitational disturbance so massive that the structural integrity of the universe feels threatened. It emphasizes that Shri Rama's anger is not a localized event but a cosmic phenomenon.

यह श्लोक उस अस्त्र के प्रभाव का वर्णन करता है जो अभी छोड़ा भी नहीं गया है, केवल संधान किया गया है। धनुष की टंकार और अस्त्र के तेज मात्र से ब्रह्मांड (रोदसी - आकाश और पृथ्वी) में कंपन होने लगा। यह प्रकृति पर परमात्मा के क्रोध का प्रभाव है। जड़ जगत भी उस विनाश को भांपकर भयभीत हो गया।
