पश्चार्धमिव लोकस्य प्रचेतास्तेजसा वृतः ।
सुविभक्तमहाव्यूहा महावानररक्षिता ॥६-२४-१९॥
paścārdhamiva lokasya pracetāstejasā vṛtaḥ |
suvibhaktamahāvyūhā mahāvānararakṣitā ॥6-24-19॥
Translation
Just as Varuna (Prachetas) protects the western half of the world, surrounded by splendor, so did Sugriva. That great formation was well-divided and protected by great monkeys.
हिंदी अनुवाद
जैसे पश्चिम दिशा की रक्षा वरुण (प्रचेता) करते हैं, वैसे ही सुग्रीव (तेज से घिरे हुए) रक्षा कर रहे थे। वह महाव्यूह भली-भांति विभाजित था और महान वानरों द्वारा रक्षित था।
English Commentary
Sugriva is compared to Varuna, the guardian deity of the West (which corresponds to the 'rear' or setting sun). The formation was now complete, structurally sound, and guarded by elites.

सुग्रीव की तुलना वरुण देव से की गई है जो पश्चिम (पीछे की दिशा) के स्वामी हैं। व्यूह रचना पूर्ण हो गई थी और हर महत्वपूर्ण स्थान पर एक महारथी तैनात था।
