वृतः कोटिसहस्रेण हरीणां समुपस्थितः ।
एषैवाशंसते लङ्कां स्वेनानीकेन मर्दितुम् ॥६-२७-२५॥
vṛtaḥ koṭisahasreṇa harīṇāṃ samupasthitaḥ |
eṣaivāśaṃsate laṅkāṃ svenānīkena marditum ॥6-27-25॥
Translation
'Surrounded by a thousand crores of monkeys, he has arrived. He too hopes to crush Lanka with his own army.'
हिंदी अनुवाद
'यह एक हजार करोड़ वानरों से घिरा हुआ उपस्थित है। यह भी अपनी ही सेना से लंका को कुचलने की आशा रखता है।'
English Commentary
Krathana shares the collective ambition: to destroy Lanka single-handedly. The figure of 1000 crores reiterates the theme of an overwhelming, inexhaustible force.
