महापद्मसहस्रेण तथा खर्वशतेन च ।
समुद्रेण शतेनैव महौघेन तथैव च ॥६-२८-४१॥
mahāpadmasahasreṇa tathā kharvaśatena ca |
samudreṇa śatenaiva mahaughena tathaiva ca ॥6-28-41॥
Translation
...a thousand Mahapadmas, a hundred Kharvas, a hundred Samudras, and a hundred Mahaughas.
हिंदी अनुवाद
...एक हजार महापद्म, सौ खर्व, सौ समुद्र और सौ महौघ (सेना है)।
English Commentary
This is the final tally. The presence of such a colossal force on earth is in itself a miracle and a harbinger of apocalypse.

यह वानर सेना का अंतिम आंकड़ा है। इतनी विशाल सेना का पृथ्वी पर एक साथ होना ही एक चमत्कार और प्रलय का संकेत है।
