नीलः सेना पतिः चैव बल शेषेण किम् तव ।
प्लवमाना हि गत्वा ताम् रावणस्य महापुरीम् ॥६-३-३२॥
aṅgado dvivido maindo jāmbavān panaso nalaḥ । nīlaḥ senāpatiścaiva balaśeṣeṇa kiṃ tava ॥6-3-32॥

Angada, Dvivida, Mainda, Jambavan, Panasa, Nala, and the commander Nila—what is the need for the rest of the army (when you have these)?

अंगद, द्विविद, मैन्द, जाम्बवान, पनस, नल और सेनापति नील—(जब ये हैं) तो आपको शेष सेना की क्या आवश्यकता है?
English Commentary
Hanuman lists the elite commanders (The 'Generals'). He rhetorically asks 'What need for the rest?', implying that this small squad of superheroes (Angada, Nila, Jambavan, etc.) is sufficient to counter Ravana's millions. It emphasizes the superior quality of Shri Rama's champions.
हिंदी टीका
हनुमान जी अपने 'स्पेशल फोर्सेज' (Special Forces) के नाम गिनाते हैं। उनका तर्क है कि लाखों वानरों की भी जरूरत नहीं, केवल ये 7-8 महायोद्धा ही लंका को ध्वस्त करने के लिए काफी हैं। यह श्री राम को आश्वस्त करने का तरीका है कि क्वालिटी (Quality) क्वांटिटी (Quantity) से ऊपर है।
