Srimad Valmiki Ramayana
पित्रा दशरथेन त्वं श्वशुरेण ममानघ ।
सर्वैश्च पितृभिः सार्धं नूनं स्वर्गे समागतः ॥६-३२-१८॥
pitrā daśarathena tvaṃ śvaśureṇa mamānagha |
sarvaiśca pitṛbhiḥ sārdhaṃ nūnaṃ svarge samāgataḥ ॥6-32-18॥
Translation
'O sinless one! Surely you have reunited in heaven with my father-in-law, your father Dasharatha, and all the ancestors.'
हिंदी अनुवाद
'हे निष्पाप (अनघ)! निश्चय ही आप स्वर्ग में मेरे ससुर पिता दशरथ और अन्य सभी पूर्वजों (पितरों) के साथ मिल गए होंगे।'
English Commentary
Sita envisions Shri Rama's afterlife. Addressing him as Anagha (sinless), she is certain of his place in Swarga (Heaven). She imagines a reunion with King Dasharatha. This reflects the belief that death reunites one with ancestors (Pitris), leaving the living to mourn alone on earth.

सीता की कल्पना अब पृथ्वी से स्वर्ग की ओर जाती है। वह मानती हैं कि श्री राम 'अनघ' (पाप रहित) हैं, इसलिए उन्हें सद्गति मिली होगी। वह दशरथ और रघुकुल के पितरों के साथ श्री राम के मिलन की कल्पना करती हैं। यह श्लोक परलोक और पितृ-ऋण की भारतीय अवधारणाओं को दर्शाता है।
