गिरिवरमभितोऽनुवर्तमानो हय इव मण्डलमाशु यः करोति ।
तमिह शरणमभ्युपेहि देवं दिवसकरं प्रभवो ह्ययं प्रजानाम् ॥६-३३-३९॥
girivaramabhito'nuvartamāno haya iva maṇḍalamāśu yaḥ karoti |
tamiha śaraṇamabhyupehi devaṃ divasakaraṃ prabhavo hyayaṃ prajānām ॥6-33-39॥
Translation
'(The Sun God) who, revolving around the great mountain (Meru), quickly completes his round like a horse. Seek refuge in that God, the Maker of Day, for he is the source/origin of all beings.'
हिंदी अनुवाद
'(सूर्यदेव) जो उत्तम पर्वत (सुमेरु) की परिक्रमा करते हुए, घोड़े की तरह शीघ्रता से अपना चक्कर (मंडल) पूरा करते हैं। उन दिवाकर (सूर्य) देव की शरण लो, क्योंकि वे ही प्रजाओं के उद्भव और पालन के कारण हैं (वे सब देखते हैं और कल्याण करते हैं)।'
English Commentary
At the end of the sarga, Sarama advises Sita to seek refuge in the Sun God. The Sun is the ancestor of the Raghu clan and the witness to all deeds. It is a benediction implying that just as the Sun dispels darkness, he will remove the darkness of Sita's grief. It is a call for spiritual strength.

सर्ग के अंत में सरमा सीता को सूर्यदेव की शरण लेने को कहती है। सूर्य रघुकुल के पूर्वज हैं और धर्म के साक्षी हैं। यह एक मंगल कामना है कि सूर्यदेव, जो अंधेरे को दूर करते हैं, सीता के जीवन से दुख का अंधकार भी मिटा देंगे। यह सीता को आध्यात्मिक बल प्रदान करने का प्रयास है।
