या हि नाम कथा तस्य निश्चितं वापि यद्भवेत् ।
निवेदयेथाः सर्वं नत्परो मे स्यादनुग्रहः ॥६-३४-११॥
yā hi nāma kathā tasya niścitaṃ vāpi yadbhavet |
nivedayethāḥ sarvaṃ natparo me syādanugrahaḥ ॥6-34-11॥
Translation
'Whatever conversation takes place there, or whatever is decided for certain, please report it all to me. There would be no greater favor to me than this.'
हिंदी अनुवाद
'वहाँ (रावण की सभा में) जो भी बातचीत हो, या जो भी निश्चित (निर्णय) किया जाए, वह सब मुझे आकर बताना। इससे बड़ा मुझ पर (तुम्हारा) कोई दूसरा उपकार नहीं होगा।'
English Commentary
Sita defines the mission parameters clearly. She wants both the discussion (katha) and the final resolution (nishchitam). She frames this intelligence gathering as the supreme favor (at parah anugrahah). Knowing her fate—whether she is to be killed or released—is better than the torture of uncertainty.

सीता स्पष्ट 'ब्रीफ' (Brief) देती हैं: रावण की चर्चा ('कथा') और उसका अंतिम निर्णय ('निश्चितम्')—दोनों जानना है। वह इसे सरमा का सबसे बड़ा 'अनुग्रह' (उपकार) मानेंगी। यह दिखाता है कि सीता के लिए इस समय सूचना (Information) ही जीवन है।
