इहासीना सुखं सर्वमाख्याहि मम तत्त्वतः ।
क्रूरस्य निश्चयं तस्य रावणस्य दुरात्मनः ॥६-३४-१८॥
ihāsīnā sukhaṃ sarvamākhyāhi mama tattvataḥ |
krūrasya niścayaṃ tasya rāvaṇasya durātmanaḥ ॥6-34-18॥
Translation
'Sitting here comfortably, tell me everything in truth/essence regarding the decision of that cruel, evil-souled Ravana.'
हिंदी अनुवाद
'यहाँ सुखपूर्वक बैठकर, मुझे उस क्रूर और दुष्टात्मा रावण का निश्चय सच-सच (तत्त्वतः) बताओ।'
English Commentary
Sita gets straight to the point. After ensuring Sarama is comfortable, she demands the report tattvatah (factually/truthfully). She steels herself to hear the decision of the krura (cruel) tyrant. Her focus is laser-sharp on the outcome of the council.

सीता व्यर्थ की भूमिका नहीं चाहतीं। वह सीधे मुद्दे पर आती हैं—रावण का 'निश्चय' क्या है? वह 'तत्त्वतः' (Facts/Truth) जानना चाहती हैं, चाहे वह कितना भी कड़वा क्यों न हो। रावण के लिए 'क्रूर' और 'दुरात्मा' विशेषण उसकी घृणा को प्रकट करते हैं।
