अनलः शरभश्चैव संपातिः प्रघसस्तथा ।
गत्वा लङ्कां ममामात्याः पुरीं पुनरिहागताः ॥६-३७-७॥
analaḥ śarabhaścaiva saṃpātiḥ praghasastathā |
gatvā laṅkāṃ mamāmātyāḥ purīṃ punarihāgatāḥ ॥6-37-7॥
Translation
Anala, Sharabha, Sampati, and Praghasa—these four ministers of mine went to the city of Lanka and have now returned here.

अनल, शरभ, सम्पाती और प्रघस—मेरे ये चार मन्त्री लंकापुरी जाकर (वहाँ का सारा हाल जानकर) यहाँ पुनः वापस आ गए हैं।
English Commentary
Vibhishana identifies his four trusted ministers who acted as scouts. In warfare, intelligence is as critical as physical strength. By sending his most reliable aides to reconnoiter Lanka, Vibhishana proves his strategic worth to Shri Rama's cause, providing the ground reality of Ravana’s defenses which is crucial for planning the assault.

विभीषण के पास अपनी एक छोटी लेकिन अत्यंत कुशल मन्त्रि-परिषद् थी। ये चार मन्त्री केवल सलाहकार नहीं थे, बल्कि वे गुप्तचरी में भी निपुण थे। युद्ध में 'सूचना' का बड़ा महत्व होता है, और विभीषण ने श्री राम के प्रति अपनी निष्ठा सिद्ध करते हुए शत्रु की गुप्त जानकारी प्राप्त करने के लिए अपने सबसे विश्वसनीय लोगों को भेजा था।
