शिखरं तत्रिकूटस्य प्रांशु चैकं दिविस्पृशम् ।
समन्तात्पुष्पसंछन्नं महारजतसंनिभम् ॥६-३९-१८॥
śikharaṃ tatrikūṭasya prāṃśu caikaṃ divispṛśam |
samantātpuṣpasaṃchannaṃ mahārajatasaṃnibham ॥6-39-18॥
Translation
There was a peak of the Trikuta mountain, very tall, touching the sky, covered with flowers on all sides, and resembling gold (Maharajata).
हिंदी अनुवाद
वहाँ त्रिकूट पर्वत का एक बहुत ऊँचा, आकाश को छूने वाला (दिविस्पृशम्), सब ओर से फूलों से ढका हुआ और सोने (महारजत) के समान चमकने वाला शिखर था।
English Commentary
The focus shifts to the geography of the citadel. Lanka sits on the peak of Mount Trikuta. It is divisprisham (sky-touching) and glows like gold (maharajata). This golden peak represents the pinnacle of Ravana's power, literally and metaphorically elevated above the world.

अब कवि की दृष्टि 'त्रिकूट' पर्वत के मुख्य शिखर पर जाती है जहाँ लंका बसी है। यह 'दिविस्पृशम्' (गगनचुंबी) है और 'महारजत' (सोना) जैसा चमकता है। यह रावण के वैभव और अभेद्यता का प्रतीक है।
