पितामहः पुरोऽस्माकमिक्ष्वाकूणां महात्मनाम् ।
विमले च प्रकाशेते विशाखे निरुपद्रवे ॥६-४-५१॥
pitāmahaḥ puro'smākamikṣvākūṇāṃ mahātmanām । vimale ca prakāśete viśākhe nirupadrave ॥6-4-51॥
Translation
'The Vishakha stars (associated with our lineage), the forefront of us high-souled Ikshvakus, are shining clearly and without affliction.'
हिंदी अनुवाद
'हम महात्मा इक्ष्वाकुवंशियों के कुल-नक्षत्र (विशाखा) हमारे सामने स्पष्ट और उपद्रव-रहित चमक रहे हैं।'
English Commentary
Lineage astrology. Vishakha is identified as the patron asterism of the Ikshvakus. Its clear appearance signifies the safety and continuity of the dynasty despite the upcoming war.

विशाखा नक्षत्र इक्ष्वाकु कुल का नक्षत्र माना गया है। उसका 'निरुपद्रव' (बिना किसी ग्रह के प्रभाव के) होना यह बताता है कि रघुकुल सुरक्षित है।
