निर्याणं सर्वसैन्यानां द्रुतमाज्ञापयत्तदा ।
एतच्छ्रुत्वा ततो वाक्यं रावणस्य मुखोद्गतम् ॥६-४२-३३॥
niryāṇaṃ sarvasainyānāṃ drutamājñāpayattadā |
etacchrutvā tato vākyaṃ rāvaṇasya mukhodgatam ॥6-42-33॥

English Commentary
Ravana abandons the defensive siege mentality and orders a sortie. 'Niryanam' implies rushing out to meet the enemy in the field. It is a command for total mobilization ('sarvasainyanam'). This marks the moment the gates open and the two massive forces collide.

रावण ने पूर्ण आक्रमण का आदेश दिया—'निर्याणं सर्वसैन्यानां' (सभी सेनाओं का निकलना)। अब रक्षात्मक नहीं, बल्कि आक्रामक युद्ध होगा। उसने 'द्रुतम्' (शीघ्र) आदेश दिया। राजा का आदेश मिलते ही सेना में हलचल मच गई।
