जम्बुमाली रथस्थस्तु रथशक्त्या महाबलः ।
बिभेद समरे क्रुद्धो हनूमन्तं स्तनान्तरे ॥६-४३-२१॥
jambumālī rathasthastu rathaśaktyā mahābalaḥ |
bibheda samare kruddho hanūmantaṃ stanāntare ॥6-43-21॥
Translation
The mighty Jambumali, staying on his chariot, enraged, pierced Hanuman in the middle of his chest with a missile called 'Shakti' during the battle.
हिंदी अनुवाद
रथ पर बैठे हुए महाबली जम्बुमाली ने क्रोधित होकर युद्ध में 'शक्ति' नामक अस्त्र से हनुमान जी की छाती के बीच प्रहार किया।
English Commentary
Jambumali struck at a vital point on Shri Hanuman’s chest. The 'Shakti' is considered a lethal missile. This moment tests Shri Hanuman’s physical resilience. While being on a chariot gives Jambumali a height advantage, for a hero like Shri Hanuman, such wounds only serve to ignite His righteous fury further.
हिंदी टीका
जम्बुमाली ने हनुमान जी के मर्म स्थल पर प्रहार किया। 'शक्ति' एक घातक अस्त्र माना जाता है। यहाँ हनुमान जी की शारीरिक सहनशक्ति की परीक्षा हो रही है। जम्बुमाली का रथ पर होना उसे ऊँचाई का लाभ दे रहा है, किन्तु हनुमान जी जैसे महावीर के लिए ये घाव केवल उनके क्रोध को प्रज्वलित करने का कार्य करते हैं।
