Srimad Valmiki Ramayana
अब्रवीत्कालसंप्राप्तमसंभ्रममिदं वचः ।
न कालः कपिगजेन्द्र वैक्लव्यमवलम्बितुम् ॥६-४६-३७॥
abravītkālasaṃprāptamasambhramamidaṃ vacaḥ |
na kālaḥ kapigajendra vaiklavyamavalambitum ॥6-46-37॥
Translation
He spoke these words, which were appropriate for the time and free from agitation: O King of Monkeys! This is not the time to indulge in distress/weakness.
हिंदी अनुवाद
उन्होंने समय के अनुकूल और बिना घबराए ये वचन कहे— हे वानरराज! यह व्याकुलता (दुर्बलता) दिखाने का समय नहीं है।
English Commentary
The first rule of leadership is to remain unagitated during difficult times. Speaking words that are 'Asambhramam' (unagitated) reveals Vibhishana's mental strength. He is pivoting Sugriva back toward his duty. In war, strategy and courage take precedence over raw emotion, and this is what Vibhishana is emphasizing.

नेतृत्व का पहला नियम है कि कठिन समय में घबराहट को पास न आने दें। 'असंभ्रमम्' (बिना घबराए) वचन कहना विभीषण की मानसिक दृढ़ता को प्रकट करता है। वे सुग्रीव को कर्तव्य की ओर मोड़ रहे हैं। युद्ध में भावना से अधिक रणनीति और साहस का महत्व होता है, और विभीषण यही समझा रहे हैं।
