हितं रामपुरोगाणां सैन्यानामनुचिन्त्यताम् ।
अथवा रक्ष्यतां रामो यावत्संज्ञाविपर्ययः ॥६-४६-३९॥
hitaṃ rāmapurogāṇāṃ sainyānāmanucintyatām |
athavā rakṣyatāṃ rāmo yāvatsaṃjñāviparyayaḥ ॥6-46-39॥
Translation
Think of the welfare of this army which has Shri Rama at its head. Or else, protect Shri Rama as long as He remains unconscious.

श्री राम को आगे रखकर लड़ने वाली इस सेना के हित के बारे में सोचो। या फिर जब तक श्री राम को होश नहीं आता, तब तक उनकी रक्षा करो।
English Commentary
Vibhishana offers two courses of action—protecting the morale of the army or guarding the fallen leaders. Both are crucial. The term 'Ramapuroganam' reminds everyone that the army's entire existence revolves around Shri Rama. This is a prime example of effective crisis management in an epic setting.

विभीषण दो विकल्प दे रहे हैं—सेना का मनोबल बचाना या नायकों की रक्षा करना। दोनों ही कार्य अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण हैं। 'रामपुरोगाणाम्' कहना यह याद दिलाता है कि पूरी सेना का अस्तित्व श्री राम से है। यह संकट प्रबंधन (Crisis Management) का श्रेष्ठ उदाहरण है।
