राघवौ पतितौ दृष्ट्वा शरजालसमावृतौ ।
बभूवुर्व्यथिताः सर्वे वानराः सविभीषणाः ॥६-४६-७॥
rāghavau patitau dṛṣṭvā śarajālasamāvṛtau |
babhūvurvyathitāḥ sarve vānarāḥ savibhīṣaṇāḥ ॥6-46-7॥
Translation
Seeing the two scions of Raghu fallen on the ground and covered by a net of arrows, all the Vanaras including Vibhishana became extremely distressed.
हिंदी अनुवाद
बाणों के जाल से ढके हुए दोनों रघुवंशियों को भूमि पर गिरा हुआ देखकर विभीषण सहित सभी वानर अत्यंत व्यथित हो गए।
English Commentary
The distress is not merely physical but also mental and spiritual. For Vibhishana, who had recently sought refuge, this sight is heart-wrenching. He might feel that the very refuge for which he abandoned everything is now in peril. This collective grief symbolizes the massive challenges that often arise on the path of Dharma.

व्यथा केवल शारीरिक नहीं, बल्कि मानसिक और आध्यात्मिक भी है। विभीषण, जो अभी-अभी शरण में आए थे, उनके लिए यह दृश्य अत्यंत मर्मस्पर्शी है। उन्हें लग रहा है कि जिस आश्रय के लिए उन्होंने सब कुछ छोड़ा, वही संकट में है। यह सामूहिक शोक धर्म के मार्ग पर आने वाली बड़ी चुनौतियों का प्रतीक है।
