Srimad Valmiki Ramayana
स भङ्क्त्वा तु रथं तस्य हनुमान् मारुतात्मजः ।
रक्षसां कदनं चक्रे सस्कन्धविटपैर्द्रुमैः ॥६-५२-३०॥
sā pramathya rathaṃ tasya nipapāta śilā bhuvi |
macakrakūvaraṃ sārdhaṃ sadhvajaṃ saśarāsanam ॥6-52-30॥
Translation
That rock fell to the ground after crushing his chariot. It completely destroyed the wheels, the pole, the banner, and the bow.
हिंदी अनुवाद
वह शिला उसके रथ को कुचलती हुई भूमि पर गिर पड़ी। उसने रथ के पहियों, जुओं, ध्वजा और धनुष को पूरी तरह नष्ट कर दिया।
English Commentary
A single strike from Shri Hanuman destroyed all of Dhumraksha's means of warfare. The breaking of the banner and the bow marks the end of a warrior's symbols of power. This verse conveys the message that the instruments of unrighteousness cannot stand before the massive force of Dharma.
हिंदी टीका
हनुमान जी के एक ही प्रहार ने धूम्राक्ष के युद्ध के सभी साधनों को नष्ट कर दिया। ध्वजा और धनुष का टूटना एक योद्धा की शक्ति के प्रतीकों का अंत है। यह श्लोक यह संदेश देता है कि अधर्म के साधन धर्म की प्रचंड शक्ति के सामने टिक नहीं सकते।
