तं महाप्लवगं दृष्ट्वा सर्वे प्लवगयूथपाः ।
समेत्य समरे वीराः संहृष्टाः पर्यवारयन् ॥६-५६-९॥
taṃ mahāplavagaṃ dṛṣṭvā sarve plavagayūthapāḥ |
sametya samare vīrāḥ saṃhṛṣṭāḥ paryavārayan ॥6-56-9॥
Translation
Seeing that great monkey (Hanuman), all the heroic monkey commanders gathered together in the battle, delighted, and surrounded him.
हिंदी अनुवाद
उस महान वानर (हनुमान) को देखकर सभी वीर वानर सेनापति हर्षित होकर युद्ध में एकत्र हुए और उन्हें घेरकर खड़े हो गए।
English Commentary
The impact of leadership. Hanuman's mere presence infused courage into the fleeing army. They regrouped immediately. This proves that a capable leader can instill hope of victory even in defeated minds.

नेतृत्व का प्रभाव। हनुमान जी की उपस्थिति मात्र से भागती हुई सेना में साहस का संचार हो गया। वे पुनः संगठित हो गए। यह सिद्ध करता है कि एक सक्षम नेता हारे हुए मन को भी जीत की आशा दे सकता है।
