तेन मुष्टिप्रहारेण रावणो राक्षसेश्वरः ।
जानुभ्यामपतद्भूमौ चचाल च पपात च ॥६-५९-११५॥
jānubhyāmapatadbhumau cacāla ca papāta ca |
āsyaiḥ sanetraśravaṇairvavāma rudhiraṃ bahu ॥6-59-115॥
Translation
...fell on his knees to the ground, shook, and collapsed. He vomited much blood from his mouths, eyes, and ears.

...घुटनों के बल पृथ्वी पर गिर पड़ा, काँप गया और लुढ़क गया। उसके मुख, नेत्रों और कानों से बहुत सा रक्त बहने लगा।
English Commentary
The aftermath of Hanuman's punch is brutal. Ravana, the conqueror of worlds, is brought to his knees and collapses ('papata'). Bleeding from eyes and ears indicates severe internal trauma and concussion. It serves as a humbling moment for the arrogant King, showing he is physically outmatched by the Vanara warrior.

हनुमान के एक मुक्के का प्रभाव—त्रिलोकविजेता रावण घुटनों पर आ गया। वह केवल गिरा नहीं, बल्कि उसके शरीर के सभी द्वारों (मुँह, आँख, कान) से रक्त बहने लगा। यह रावण की अब तक की सबसे बुरी शारीरिक स्थिति थी। हनुमान जी की शक्ति रावण पर भारी पड़ी।
