रथस्थं रावणं सङ्ख्ये ददर्श मनुजाधिपः ।
तमालोक्य माहतेजाः प्रदुद्राव स राघवः ॥६-५९-१२७॥
tamālokya mahātejāḥ pradudrāva sa rāghavaḥ |
vairocanimiva kruddho viṣṇurabhyudyatāyudhaḥ ॥6-59-127॥
Translation
Seeing him, the highly radiant Raghava rushed towards him like the angry Vishnu with raised weapons rushing towards the son of Virochana (Bali).
हिंदी अनुवाद
उस (रावण) को देखकर महातेजस्वी राघव, हाथ में आयुध (हथियार) उठाए हुए क्रोधित विष्णु की भाँति, जो विरोचन-पुत्र (बलि) पर झपटे थे, उसकी ओर दौड़े।
English Commentary
Shri Rama initiates the attack. The simile invokes the Vamana-Bali conflict, reinforcing Shri Rama as the cosmic restorer of order. He charges with weapon raised, embodying divine wrath against adharma.
हिंदी टीका
श्री राम की आक्रामकता। उनकी तुलना वामन अवतार (विष्णु) से की गई है जो बलि (विरोचन पुत्र) को दंड देने के लिए उद्यत हुए थे। श्री राम का 'क्रुद्ध' रूप और 'उद्यतायुध' (हथियार उठाए हुए) होना यह बताता है कि अब क्षमा का समय समाप्त हो चुका है।
