यश्चैष शूलं निशितं प्रगृह्य विद्युत्प्रभं किङ्करवज्रवेगम् ।
वृषेन्द्रमास्थाय गिरिप्रकाशमायाति यो ऽसौ त्रिशिरा यशस्वी ॥६-५९-१९॥
yaścaiṣa śūlaṃ niśitaṃ pragṛhya vidyutprabhaṃ kiṃkaravajravegam |
vṛṣendramāsthāya giriprakāśamāyāti yo'sau triśirā yaśasvī ॥6-59-19॥
Translation
And he who comes holding a sharp trident shining like lightning and possessing the speed of Indra's thunderbolt, mounted on a lord of bulls appearing like a mountain—he is the glorious Trishira.

और यह जो बिजली के समान चमकते हुए और वज्र के समान वेग वाले तीक्ष्ण शूल को हाथ में लेकर, पर्वत के समान विशाल बैल पर सवार होकर आ रहा है, वह यशस्वी 'त्रिशिरा' है।
English Commentary
Trishira (the three-headed one) is also a son of Ravana. He is mounted on a bull, typically Shiva's vehicle, showing the Rakshasas' emulation of Shiva. The word 'yashasvi' (glorious) indicates he is renowned among demons for his valor.
