यश्चैष चापासिशरौघजुष्टं पताकिनं पावकदीप्तरूपम् ।
रथं समास्थाय विभात्युदग्रो नरान्तको ऽसौ नगशृङ्गयोधी ॥६-५९-२२॥
yaścaiṣa cāpāsiśaraughajuṣṭaṃ patākinaṃ pāvakadīptarūpam |
rathaṃ samāsthāya vibhātyudagro narāntako'sau nagaśṛṅjayodhī ॥6-59-22॥
Translation
And he who shines fiercely, seated on a chariot adorned with flags and glowing like fire, equipped with bows, swords, and heaps of arrows—he is Narantaka, who fights with mountain peaks.
हिंदी अनुवाद
और यह जो धनुष, तलवार और बाणों के समूह से युक्त, पताकाओं से सजे और अग्नि के समान दीप्त रथ पर बैठकर सुशोभित हो रहा है, वह पर्वतों के शिखरों से युद्ध करने वाला उग्र 'नरान्तक' है।
English Commentary
Narantaka (Destroyer of Men) is Ravana's son. He is described as fighting with mountain peaks, indicating his ability to uproot and use massive terrain as weapons, rivaling the monkeys' own style.

नरान्तक (मनुष्यों का अंत करने वाला) रावण का पुत्र है। वह 'नगशृङ्गयोधी' है, अर्थात वह पर्वतों की चोटियों को उखाड़कर उनसे युद्ध करने में सक्षम है, जो वानरों की युद्ध शैली का भी जवाब है।
