सो ऽहं रिपुविनाशाय विजयायाविचारयन् ।
स्वयमेव गमिष्यामि रणशीर्षं तदद्भुतम् ॥६-५९-५॥
so'haṃ ripuvināśāya vijayāyāvicārayan |
svayameva gamiṣyāmi raṇaśīrṣaṃ tadadbhutam ॥6-59-5॥
Translation
Therefore, I myself, without hesitation, shall go to that wonderful forefront of battle for the destruction of the enemy and for victory.
हिंदी अनुवाद
इसलिए मैं स्वयं, बिना किसी विचार के (निःशंक होकर), शत्रु के विनाश और विजय के लिए उस अद्भुत रणभूमि में जाऊँगा।
English Commentary
Ravana decides to take command personally. The word 'avicārayan' here implies acting without hesitation or doubt. calling the battlefield 'adbhutam' (wonderful) reveals his warrior spirit and thirst for combat. It signifies his supreme confidence and ego, believing that his mere presence on the field will ensure victory and the destruction of his foes.

रावण अब स्वयं कमान संभालने का निर्णय लेता है। 'अविचारयन्' शब्द का अर्थ यहाँ 'बिना झिझक' या 'दृढ़ निश्चय' के है। वह युद्धभूमि को 'अद्भुत' कहता है, जो उसके वीर रस के भाव को प्रकट करता है। यह उसके अहंकार और आत्मविश्वास का परिचायक है कि वह मानता है कि उसकी उपस्थिति ही विजय सुनिश्चित कर देगी।
