राक्षसाश्चापि तिष्ठन्तु चर्यागोपुरमूर्द्धसु ।
स चाप्रतिमगाम्भीरो देवदानवदर्पहा ॥६-६०-१३॥
rākṣasāścāpi tiṣṭhantu caryāgopuramūrddhasu |
sa cāpratimagāmbhīro devadānavadarpahā ॥6-60-13॥
Translation
Let the Rakshasas be stationed on the main streets and atop the city gates. And he (Kumbhakarna), who possesses incomparable depth and is the destroyer of the pride of gods and demons...

English Commentary
Ravana now issues practical orders. He tightens security and turns to his greatest weapon—Kumbhakarna. Kumbhakarna's 'incomparable depth' and power are now Ravana's only hope.

रावण अब व्यावहारिक आदेश देता है। वह सुरक्षा कड़ी करता है और साथ ही अपने सबसे बड़े अस्त्र—कुम्भकर्ण—की ओर मुड़ता है। कुम्भकर्ण की 'अप्रतिम गम्भीरता' और शक्ति ही अब रावण की एकमात्र आशा है।
