Srimad Valmiki Ramayana
विभीषणवचः श्रुत्वा हेतुमत् सुमुखेरितम् ।
उवाच राघवो वाक्यं नीलं सेनापतिं तदा ॥६-६१-३४॥
vibhīṣaṇavacaḥ śrutvā hetumat sumukheritam |
uvāca rāghavo vākyaṃ nīlaṃ senāpatiṃ tadā ॥6-61-34॥
Translation
Hearing those logical words uttered by the noble-faced Vibhishana, Shri Rama (the scion of Raghu) then spoke to the commander Nila.
हिंदी अनुवाद
तर्कपूर्ण और विभीषण के मुख से निकले इन वचनों को सुनकर, श्री रघुनाथ जी ने तब सेनापति नील से यह बात कही।
English Commentary
Shri Rama immediately accepts the logicality ('hetumat') of Vibhishana's suggestion. He knows that a successful king must heed the superior strategies of his advisors. Commanding the general Nila indicates that Shri Rama is now preparing a new tactical formation for the battle.

श्री राम विभीषण के सुझाव की तर्कसंगतता (हेतुमत्) को तुरंत स्वीकार कर लेते हैं। वे जानते हैं कि एक सफल राजा को अपने मंत्रियों की श्रेष्ठ युक्तियों को मानना चाहिए। सेनापति नील को आदेश देना यह दर्शाता है कि श्री राम अब युद्ध की नयी व्यूह रचना की तैयारी कर रहे हैं।
