अशास्त्रविदुषां तेषां न कार्यमहितं वचः ।
अर्थशास्त्रानभिज्ञानां विपुलां श्रियमिच्छताम् ॥६-६३-१५॥
aśāstraviduṣāṃ teṣāṃ na kāryamahitaṃ vacaḥ |
arthaśāstrānabhijñānāṃ vipulāṃ śriyamicchatām ॥6-63-15॥
Translation
One should not act upon the harmful words of those ignorant of scriptures and political science, who merely desire vast wealth.
हिंदी अनुवाद
शास्त्र न जानने वाले और अर्थशास्त्र से अनभिज्ञ, (केवल) विपुल लक्ष्मी की इच्छा रखने वाले उन लोगों के अहितकारी वचनों को कार्यरूप में नहीं लाना चाहिए।
English Commentary
Following the advice of greedy and ignorant ministers is destructive. They flatter the king only for wealth or position, not offering sound counsel.

लोभी और अज्ञानी मंत्रियों की सलाह मानना विनाशकारी है। वे केवल धन या पद के लिए राजा को खुश करते हैं, सही सलाह नहीं देते।
