पदातयश्च बहवो महानादा महाबलाः ।
अन्वयू राक्षसा भीमा भीमाक्षाः शस्त्रपाणयः ॥६-६५-३७॥
padātayaśca bahavo mahānādā mahābalāḥ |
anvayū rākṣasā bhīmā bhīmākṣāḥ śastrapāṇayaḥ ॥6-65-37॥
Translation
Many loud-roaring and mighty foot-soldiers also followed. Those Rakshasas were terrible, with terrible eyes, and weapons in hand.
हिंदी अनुवाद
बहुत से महानाद करने वाले और महाबली पैदल सैनिक भी पीछे चले। वे राक्षस भयानक, भयानक आँखों वाले और हाथों में शस्त्र लिए हुए थे।
English Commentary
The infantry supports the giant. Described as terrible and loud, they mirror their leader's attributes. This reinforces the idea of a massive, terrifying wave of destruction approaching the Vanara army.

पैदल सेना का वर्णन। वे भी अपने नेता की तरह 'भीम' (भयानक) और 'भीमाक्ष' (डरावनी आँखों वाले) थे। उनका शोर ('महानादा') युद्ध के कोलाहल को बढ़ा रहा था।
