सो ऽपि सैन्यानि सङ्क्रुद्धो वानराणां महौजसाम् ।
ममन्थ परमायत्तो वनान्यग्निरिवोत्थितः ॥६-६६-१२॥
so 'pi sainyāni saṅkruddho vānarāṇāṃ mahaujasām |
mamantha paramāyatto vanānyagnirivotthitaḥ ॥6-66-12॥
Translation
Extremely enraged, he too churned the armies of the highly energetic monkeys with great effort, just as a rising fire destroys forests.
हिंदी अनुवाद
अत्यंत क्रुद्ध होकर उसने भी महातेजस्वी वानरों की सेना को वैसे ही मथ डाला, जैसे उठी हुई आग वनों को जला देती है।
English Commentary
The use of the word 'mamantha' (churned) depicts the scale of destruction. Kumbhakarna is trampling the entire army single-handedly.

'ममन्थ' (मथ डाला) शब्द का प्रयोग विनाश की व्यापकता को दर्शाता है। कुम्भकर्ण अकेले ही पूरी सेना को रौंद रहा है।
