ते निवृत्ता महाकायाः श्रुत्वाऽङ्गदवचस्तदा ।
नैष्ठिकीं बुद्धिमासाद्य सर्वे सङ्ग्रामकाङ्क्षिणः ॥६-६७-१॥
te nivṛttā mahākāyāḥ śrutvā'ṅgadavacastadā |
naiṣṭhikīṃ buddhimāsādya sarve saṅgrāmakāṅkṣiṇaḥ ॥6-67-1॥
Translation
Upon hearing the words of Angada, those massive-bodied Vanaras returned; having attained a resolute intellect to fight until the end, they all became eager for battle once more.
हिंदी अनुवाद
अंगद के वचनों को सुनकर वे विशालकाय वानर लौट आए और मरणपर्यन्त युद्ध करने का दृढ़ निश्चय करके पुनः संग्श्री राम की इच्छा करने लगे।
English Commentary
This verse showcases the leadership qualities of Prince Angada. Rallying a fleeing army through the power of speech and instilling 'Naishthiki Buddhi' (resolute determination) is the mark of a great commander. It illustrates that when the goal is the protection of Dharma, collective resolve can overcome primal fear. The Vanaras have abandoned the thought of retreat, choosing instead to face even death for the sake of Shri Rama.

यहाँ युवराज अंगद के नेतृत्व कौशल का दर्शन होता है। कुम्भकर्ण के भय से भागती हुई सेना को केवल शब्दों के बल पर रोक लेना और उनमें 'नैष्ठिकी बुद्धि' (अंतिम निश्चय) जाग्रत करना एक महान सेनापति का लक्षण है। यह श्लोक दर्शाता है कि जब लक्ष्य धर्म की रक्षा हो, तो सामूहिक संकल्प भय पर विजय प्राप्त कर सकता है। वानरों ने पलायन के विचार को त्याग कर वीरगति को स्वीकार करने का मन बना लिया है।
