दुद्राव गिरिशृङ्गाभं विलम्ब इव तोयदः ।
तं समुत्पत्य चिक्षेप कुम्भकर्णस्य वानरः ॥६-६७-१०॥
dudrāva giriśṛṅgābhaṃ vilamba iva toyadaḥ |
taṃ samutpatya cikṣepa kumbhakarṇasya vānaraḥ ॥6-67-10॥
Translation
Dvivida, looking like a vast hanging cloud, rushed toward Kumbhakarna who appeared like a mountain peak, and hurled that mountain at him.
हिंदी अनुवाद
आकाश में लटके हुए मेघ के समान विशाल द्विविद ने पर्वत शिखर के समान आकार वाले कुम्भकर्ण की ओर दौड़कर वह पर्वत फेंका।
English Commentary
The similes of 'Toyada' (cloud) and 'Girishringa' (mountain peak) depict the massive scale of the combatants. Dvivida's act of leaping into the air to deliver a strike showcases his specific martial skill.
