तेषु वानरमुख्येषु पतितेषु महात्मसु ।
वानराणां सहस्राणि कुम्भकर्णं प्रदुद्रुवुः ॥६-६७-३१॥
teṣu vānaramukhyeṣu patiteṣu mahātmasu |
vānarāṇāṃ sahasrāṇi kumbhakarṇaṃ pradudruvuḥ ॥6-67-31॥
Translation
When those high-souled Vanara leaders had fallen, thousands of other Vanaras rushed toward Kumbhakarna.
हिंदी अनुवाद
उन महात्मा वानर प्रमुखों के गिर जाने पर, हजारों अन्य वानर कुम्भकर्ण की ओर तेजी से दौड़े।
English Commentary
Even in the absence of leadership, the courage of the ordinary Vanaras did not falter. They rushed at Kumbhakarna to avenge their fallen generals. This reveals the collective valor of the Vanara race and their boundless love for Shri Rama. They know victory is difficult, yet they refuse to retreat.

नेतृत्व के अभाव में भी साधारण वानरों का साहस समाप्त नहीं हुआ। वे अपने सेनापतियों के पतन का प्रतिशोध लेने के लिए कुम्भकर्ण पर टूट पड़े। यह वानर जाति की सामूहिक वीरता और श्री राम के प्रति उनके असीम अनुराग को प्रकट करता है। वे जानते हैं कि जीतना कठिन है, फिर भी वे पीछे हटने को तैयार नहीं हैं।
