तस्मान्मुहूर्तं काङ्क्षिष्ये विक्रमं पार्थिवस्य नः ।
भिन्नं च वानरानीकं तावदाश्वासयाम्यहम् ॥६-६७-८१॥
tasmānmūhūrtaṃ kāṅkṣiṣye vikramaṃ pārthivasya naḥ |
bhinnaṃ ca vānarānīkaṃ tāvadāśvāsāyamyaham ॥6-67-81॥
Translation
Therefore, I shall wait for a moment for our King's prowess to manifest. Meanwhile, I will comfort this scattered Vanara army.
हिंदी अनुवाद
इसलिए मैं एक क्षण के लिए हमारे राजा के पराक्रम की प्रतीक्षा करूँगा। तब तक मैं इस छिन्न-भिन्न हुई वानर सेना को सांत्वना देता हूँ।
English Commentary
Shri Hanuman balances two responsibilities here—honoring the King's reputation and ensuring the army's safety. Through the word 'Ashvasayami' (comforting/reassuring), He displays His own leadership qualities. He realizes that preventing the army's rout is more critical at this moment than physically rescuing Sugriva.

हनुमान जी यहाँ दोहरे उत्तरदायित्व का वहन कर रहे हैं—राजा की प्रतिष्ठा का सम्मान और सेना की सुरक्षा। वे 'आश्वासयामि' (सांत्वना देना) शब्द के माध्यम से अपनी नेतृत्व क्षमता का परिचय दे रहे हैं। वे जानते हैं कि इस समय सेना को भागने से रोकना सुग्रीव को भौतिक रूप से बचाने से अधिक महत्वपूर्ण है।
