स कथं रामबाणार्तः प्रसुप्तोऽसि महीतले ।
एते देवगणाः सार्धमृषिभिर्गगने स्थिताः ॥६-६८-१५॥
sa kathaṃ rāmabāṇārtaḥ prasupto'si mahītale |
ete devagaṇāḥ sārdhamṛṣibhirgagane sthitāḥ ॥6-68-15॥
Translation
...how are you sleeping on the ground, tormented by Shri Rama's arrows? These hosts of gods, along with sages, standing in the sky...

English Commentary
Ravana notices the celestial audience. The gods and sages, who once feared Kumbhakarna, are now gathering in the sky ('gagane sthitah'). The juxtaposition of the sleeping giant and the watching gods sets the stage for the humiliation Ravana feels.

रावण देखता है कि आकाश में देवता और ऋषि एकत्र हैं। कुम्भकर्ण अब 'प्रसुप्तः' (सोया हुआ/मृत) है। रावण का दुख इस बात से और बढ़ जाता है कि उसके शत्रु अब उसकी दुर्दशा देख रहे हैं।
