तस्मिन् प्रवृत्ते तुमुले विमर्दे प्रहृष्यमाणेषु वलीमुखेषु ।
निपात्यमानेषु च राक्षसेषु महर्षयो देवगणाश्च नेदुः ॥६-६९-६८॥
tasmin pravṛtte tumule vimarde prahṛṣyamāṇeṣu valīmukheṣu |
nipātyamāneṣu ca rākṣaseṣu maharṣayo devagaṇāśca neduḥ ॥6-69-68॥
Translation
When that tumultuous battle began, as the monkeys rejoiced and Rakshasas were being struck down, great sages and hosts of gods roared (cheered).
हिंदी अनुवाद
उस तुमुल (भयंकर) संग्श्री राम के छिड़ने पर, जब वानर हर्षित हो रहे थे और राक्षस गिराए जा रहे थे, तब महर्षि और देवतागण (प्रसन्नता से) गर्जना (जयकार) करने लगे।
English Commentary
Gods in the sky are happy to see the monkeys gaining ground.
