विप्रेक्षमाणः सुग्रीवो ददर्श हरिवाहिनीम् ।
नरान्तकभयत्रस्तां विद्रवन्तीमितस्ततः ॥६-६९-८२॥
viprekṣamāṇaḥ sugrīvo dadarśa harivāhinīm |
narāntakabhayatrastāṃ vidravantīmitastataḥ ॥6-69-82॥
Translation
Looking around, Sugriva saw the monkey army terrified of Narantaka and fleeing hither and thither.
हिंदी अनुवाद
चारों ओर देखते हुए सुग्रीव ने नरान्तक के भय से त्रस्त होकर इधर-उधर भागती हुई वानर सेना को देखा।
English Commentary
Sugriva, as a skilled king and commander, surveys the battlefield. He attempts to identify the root cause of the chaos and panic within his ranks.
