शिरसि प्रहरन् वीरस्तदा वायुसुतो बली ।
नादेनाकम्पयच्चैव राक्षसान् स महाकपिः ॥६-७०-२५॥
śirasi praharan vīrastadā vāyusuto balī |
nādenākampayaccaiva rākṣasān sa mahākapiḥ ॥6-70-25॥
Translation
Striking him on the head, the powerful and heroic son of the Wind, that great monkey, made all the Rakshasas tremble with His roar.
हिंदी अनुवाद
उसके सिर पर प्रहार करते हुए उन बलवान वीर पवनपुत्र महाकपि ने अपनी भयंकर गर्जना से सभी राक्षसों को कंपा दिया।
English Commentary
Along with the strike, Hanuman's roar ('Nada') was a summons of Death for the Rakshasa army. This roar expresses His inner brilliance and certainty of victory. The trembling of the Rakshasas proves that Hanuman's mere presence and voice were sufficient to shatter the enemy's courage.
हिंदी टीका
प्रहार के साथ हनुमान जी का 'नाद' (गर्जना) राक्षसी सेना के लिए काल की पुकार थी। यह गर्जना उनके आंतरिक तेज और विजय के विश्वास को प्रकट करती है। राक्षसों का कांपना (अकम्पयत्) यह सिद्ध करता है कि हनुमान जी की केवल उपस्थिति और स्वर ही शत्रु का साहस तोड़ने के लिए पर्याप्त था।
