अमृष्यमाणस्तं घोषमुत्पपात निशाचरः ।
उत्पत्य च हमूमन्तं ताडयामास मुष्टिना ॥६-७०-४५॥
amṛṣyamāṇastaṃ ghoṣamutpapāta niśācaraḥ |
utpatya ca hamūmantaṃ tāḍayāmāsa muṣṭinā ॥6-70-45॥
Translation
Unable to tolerate that roar, the night-stalker (Trishira) sprang up again and, leaping, struck Hanuman with his fist.
हिंदी अनुवाद
हनुमान जी की उस गर्जना को सहन न कर पाने के कारण वह राक्षस (त्रिशिरा) फिर से उछला और उसने उछलकर हनुमान जी को मुक्के से मारा।
English Commentary
Trishira gathered his remaining strength. The word 'Amrishyamanah' (intolerant) reflects his wounded pride. Regaining consciousness, he resorted to his fist. This was a desperate yet courageous final attempt in the face of mortal peril.
हिंदी टीका
त्रिशिरा ने अपनी अंतिम शक्ति को संकलित किया। 'अमृष्यमाणः' (असहनीय) शब्द उसके आहत स्वाभिमान को दर्शाता है। होश में आते ही उसने मुक्के (मुष्टि) का प्रयोग किया। यह उसके प्राणों के संकट के समय किया गया एक हताशापूर्ण किन्तु साहसी प्रयास था।
